This slick and decisive young pilot started his aviation career as a teenage rampie, hungry to get into the captain's seat of one of Buffalo's WWII aircraft. Twelve years later, he's promoted to fill Arnie's shoes as Buffalo's new chief pilot. Now Justin is responsible for bringing up Buffalo's next generation of hotshots. With the expansion of the Electra program, Justin becomes an Electra captain, adding one more notch to his belt.
